I had a RIOLU for quite a while and didn’t know how to evolve it. I tried searching all over the web and people kept saying “Riolu evolves at any level.” but when I tried to evolve him he evolved at Lv. 45. Then I accidentally dropped my DSi XL and the game froze. I did the evolution process all over and he evolved again at Lv. 45. I dropped it a last time and it froze :/. I did it one last time and it turned into LUCARIO at Lv.45! This proves that RIOLU evolves at Lv. 45.
Im going to be gone for a bit. Probably from now to March 17th (My birthday). I’ll try to make news posts from time to time.
Celebi
From February 21 – March 6 you can get the rare pokemon CELEBI at any GameStop. This CELEBI can unlock the following events.
To do the time travel event you must have the CELEBI you got from Gamestop as the first pokemon in your party. Bring some other strong pokemon with you as well so CELEBI will have help to defeat Giovanni’s pokemon. You will then see your rival talking to Giovanni three years ago. CELEBI will then take you back to the time when you was about to defeat Team Rocket, i.e. Radio Tower at Goldenrod City. Giovanni will challenge you, kick his *** to complete the event.
If you trade CELEBI from Pokemon Heart Gold or Soul Silver Version into Pokemon Black or White Version, you will unlock a special event where you can battle ZOURA. I suspect that you are to go to any pokemart, and talk to one of those people in the Green Suits.
Liberty Pass
If you buy Pokemon Black and or White between March 6 – April 10, you will receive the Liberty Pass. It allows you to meet the only fire and psychic type pokemon, VICTINI.
